Note the following price considerations:

Price is $100 higher than indicated at parent meeting. This is due to ACIS error which double-discounted us.
Price goes up after 30 June 2007: $100 + difference between spring and summer tour prices, perhaps $300 total.
Family members travel at 20% off tour price after one full-payment traveler (more than one may travel at this same discounted rate)
Adult surcharge is only $95 (in contrast to most trips of $400 or more)

Note the following potential shifts in price, in addition to above:

Price may increase due to changing and volatile airport fees and charges (perhaps $100-150 at most)
Prices may drop from:
- Scholarships and grants through AYA, AIFS
- Large number of travelers
Price will increase if we add days for meetings rather than replace itinerary

8. Full Payment Postmarked Date: February 15, 2008

If you do not pay in full by the full payment date, you will be assessed a $100 late fee.
